Refund policy

7-day free returns

If a piece is not right, return it free within 7 days of delivery.

What can be returned

  • Unworn, undamaged pieces with the original tag (unbroken), packaging, invoice and any certificate or hallmark documents.

What cannot be returned

  • Engraved, personalised or made-to-order pieces.
  • Pieces altered, resized or repaired by another jeweller.

How returns work

  1. Email contact@shimora.in with your order number within 7 days of delivery.
  2. We arrange a free, insured pickup.
  3. Every return passes a quality check. Pieces showing wear or damage cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you.
  4. Once approved, we refund the original payment method within 7 working days, less any discount applied to the order.

Missing certificate

If a certificate is missing, the cost of re-certification is deducted from the refund at actuals. [TBC amount]
